| The Senior Validation Engineer will manage and/or applies extensive technical validation engineering expertise in the coordination of multiple, complex packaging qualification activities. Employees will be responsible for establishing validation engineering policies for packaging components, both primary, secondary and distribution packaging materials. This individual will be responsible for supporting over 35 packaging engineers and assist them with recommendations and practical approaches to qualification processes. Specific responsibilities include applying advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts in the development of new principles and concepts, performing work that involves in-depth investigation of subject area, definition of scope, selection of areas of investigation, and development of novel concept, and conceiving plans and conducting engineering research/investigation in areas of considerable scope and complexity. Senior Validation Engineers will also be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating work of a staff of engineers and/or technicians, leading the effort for qualification of all levels of packaging materials. This individual will be responsible for the establishment of minimum standards for materials evaluation standards and support the creation of draft and final packaging component specifications. |
