Job Responsibilities:
Leadership and overall financial management of the CRA monitoring department.
Personnel management of Lead & In-House CRA’s, and Regional CRA Managers.
Interaction with all Clin. Ops departments and shared services groups and providing support in the proposal development and business development process.

Skills:
|
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in a science, health, nursing or medical related field
At least 5 years experience in a CRO or clinical trial management industry as a clinical monitor of pharmaceutical or biotech clinical trials
Proven experience in a leadership role with clinical study site personnel within the context of a clinical trial
Personnel management experience with at least 2 years of managing CRA’s (inclusive of performance evaluations)
Proven influential cross functional leadership and management skills
Experience developing and applying metrics for tracking and managing CRA’s
Proven ability to bring new ideas to the table, along with processes & strategies to simplify and improve department operations with regards to efficiencies and effectiveness
Superior communication skills including presentation skills to upper management, present customers and potential customers
Expert computer skills
