Our company is a professional recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment and placement of Clinical Research Associates in the pharmaceutical and CRO industry. We have numerous opportunities for CRA, Senior CRA and Lead CRA's throughout the country for both office and home based opportunities. Currently our greatest therapeutic needs are in the areas of Oncology, Cardiovascular and CNS. However, all therapeutic areas will be considered.
The Clinical Research Associates monitors activities at clinical study sites to assure adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), SOPs, and study protocols. Reviews regulatory documents as required and prepare site visit reports. Responsible for multiple projects and must work both independently and in a team environment. May participate in the study development and start up process including; reviewing protocols, designing and/or reviewing CRFs, preparing Informed Consent forms, developing study documents, organizing and presenting at investigator meetings, working with management on monitoring strategy, and/or developing project-specific CRA training. Would participate in clinical training programs and maintain awareness of developments in the field of clinical research. Education and experience will determine if the position is placed as a CRA or Sr. CRA or Lead CRA .

Skills:
|
BS/BA preferred with experience in clinical research, requires at least 12 months of traveling for on-site clinical monitoring experience. Lead CRA position requires at least 12 months Lead experience.
