The company Colorado is searching for an individual to join the Training and Development team responsible for managing the Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and EHS related training programs. Ensures training/education programs are implemented to support business needs. Responsible for strategic business partnering with key clients and the delivery and evaluation of training programs.
Skills: 1. Knowledge of cGMP and other regulatory agencies, including OSHA, associated with operating a Biotech manufacturing facility.
2. Skill, knowledge, and experience with training processes, curriculum design and adult learning theory.
3. Project management skills
4. Organizational skills with the ability to manage complex and multiple tasks and follow assignments through to completion.
5. Forms and leads cross-functional site and global teams.
6. Excellent communication (both written and verbal), facilitation, and presentation skills.
7. Partnering and influencing skills.
8. Ability to interact successfully with senior management, and all levels within the organization.
9. Ability to evaluate compliance risk.
10. Collaborate and communicate with high-level outside resources.
11. Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on cooperation with interdepartmental teams and matrix management
