We are a Executive Search Agency looking for a high-energy sales personality to recruit top-level talent in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industries. The Account Executive will identify and recruit candidates in this nationwide, executive recruiting office. This is exciting challenging work placing executive-level candidates, primarily in Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

For the first four months, you will develop skills and be responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates to fill open job requisitions that the agency has under contract. In addition to direct recruiting of candidates, you will also conduct research on the Internet to source new candidates and develop leads for new business. There is no sales quota in place during this initial training period. After month four, you will take on the added responsibility of developing new business with client companies who have staffing needs, as well as fulfilling those needs by recruiting candidates. At that time, you will begin working under a quota and the commission payout will increase substantially.

Commission earnings are significant, based on new business development and recruiting performance, and the amount of success is directly related to the amount of effort you put into this career. You will interview and qualify candidates, conduct reference checks and develop new business with hiring companies. This is inside, telephone and internet-based sales. Very little outside sales or overnight travel is required.

Skills: 3+ years of successful commission or bonus-based professional sales experience in a full-time, permanent position
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, particularly on the telephone
Computer literacy and experience with Windows, Microsoft Office products, e-mail, and internet searching techniques
A Bachelor’s degree or better, a willingness to learn and an entrepreneurial spirit
